A visit is like an anticipated trip to a family member or friend instead of a dreaded clinical doctor’s office.
A little over a year ago I began looking for a primary care physician. It was at that time I met Dr. Eric Shilland. He had just established a new office with a very different way of practicing medicine. I say different because I had not experienced a physician who not only cared about me but went above and beyond my expectations. Recently, I had to sign on to Medicare and with that came frustration and multiple delays. I was denied an essential medication, not once but four times. Dr. Shilland was an incredible advocate for me. After multiple denials he presented my case to an administrative judge and obtained approval for my medication, saving me over $700 a month. Dr. Shilland allows me whatever time necessary with each visit. His call backs are immediate. He really has restored my faith in caring, concerned and prompt medical attention.
